Hypex RCM exists because denied claims are an arithmetic problem that most practices solve with overtime. We rebuilt the work as software: every denial is diagnosed against the payer's own policy, every appeal is drafted from cited rules, every recovery is confirmed on the payer's remittance, and our invoice is generated from that same document.
How we operate
Deterministic first
Standard denials are drafted by templates assembled from your payer's own policy. No generative roulette. AI assists only on complex cases, cites its sources, and anything uncertain goes to a human.
Zero-PHI by architecture
Identifiers are vaulted for hours while a claim is processed, then destroyed. There is no patient-data database to breach, and your security team can verify every claim in our documentation against the running system.
Aligned money
One fee: 15% of verified recovery. The invoice is produced from the payer's own 835 remittance line. Partial payments bill proportionally. Takebacks reverse automatically.
A record you can audit
Every action on every claim is written to a tamper-evident, hash-chained log. Export the complete history of anything, any time.
